Bethany

Lead CSR

Bethany has loved animals from a young age and grew up with a Calico cat named Poochie and two Golden Retrievers, Ginger and Jack. She grew up at a summer camp that had its own nature center which included all kinds of animals from owls and turtles to snakes, birds and even tarantulas! Growing up with nature as her backyard fueled her love of animals even more and she landed her first job at a veterinary clinic in her hometown of Dodgeville, WI.

Bethany has been a Client Services Specialist at Truesdell Animal Care for several years. She feels it was the best decision she ever made and is excited to work with a dedicated team who share her passion for animals. She has worked in both human and animal health care for the past 16 years, in roles ranging from medical records to issuing birth certificates in a maternity ward, and she also worked for the DNR at a state park for 14 summers.

Bethany and her husband Ian have two wonderful children, Naima and Xavian, and share their home with 3 cuddly cats, Turbo the Tuxedo, Autumn the Tabby and Ziva the Torti. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her kids, camping and spending time outdoors, music, traveling, home DIY projects, cooking and grilling out any chance she gets.

Brittany Vosen

CSR
Brittany has always had a love for animals ever since she was young, so she was ecstatic when she got her first dog, April, when she was 10 years old. After the passing of April in 2021, Brittany knew she wanted to pursue a career in veterinary medicine. She joined the Truesdell Team in the summer of 2021 and then came back to the team in the fall of 2024 after some time off. Brittany currently lives in Fitchburg, Wi with her partner, Collin, and their three cats: Pepa, Miles and Hashbrown. In her free time, she enjoys reading, playing video games and, of course, hanging out with her cats.

Paige

CSR
Paige grew up in Verona, WI. She has worked with animals for most of her life and feels strongly about the human-animal bond. Paige likes helping pet and their humans become more connected and has helped with dog training and behaviors. She enjoys her role as a client service representative as she gets to know each client and their pet as they come in. In her free time, Paige enjoys spending time with her family and friends and taking her dogs dock diving, barn hunting and PSA.

Sammi

CSR
Sammi is originally from Elkhorn, WI. She has a love for knowledge and enjoys that there is so much to learn in veterinary medicine. Sammi likes getting to a deeper understanding of animals and their inner workings, such as their biology, behavior, and care! Sammi loves horse back riding and spending time with her awesome pup Colt.

Bore

Lead CVT
Bore has been interested in science and medicine from a young age. That interest combined with his love for animals made him choose Veterinary Medicine. Born and raised in Macedonia, he went with a VetMed specialty in high school, kickstarting his veterinary career in his early teens. Joncevski now lives in Sun Prairie with his wife Hannah, two kids, Eloise and Aleksandar, and their two cats, Mila and Mile. In their free time, they all like to be outdoors barbecuing or exploring the nearby lakes.

Jessi

Lead CVT

Jessi has been a Wisconsin native her entire life. After living in sun prairie during childhood she pursued her love for all animals and went to college at MATC to become a Certified Veterinary Technician. She graduated in 2018 while working at another small clinic in Madison before finding Truesdell in 2021. Jessi briefly explored emergency medicine in 2023 where she was able to enhance her everyday skills but quickly realized her passion resided in preventative care/medicine and fear-free handling. She is now back at Truesdell where she primarily helps in surgery with dental cleanings, spays and neuters.

Jessi now lives in Columbus with her significant other, Colton and their crew. They have 2 rescue pit bulls, Lincoln & Peach. 3 cats, Binx, Salem, & Nellie. She is also fostering 2 bunnies, Kelly & Kevin. In her spare time she tends to her houseplants and enjoys reading and camping in the summer.

Carleen

CVT
Carleen grew up in Deerfield, WI. She has been drawn towards helping others and found her calling in Veterinary Medicine. Carleen takes pride in client communication and enjoys surgical and dental procedures. She has a thirst for knowledge and loves that veterinary medicine always provides new opportunities to learn and grow. She has a passion for oddity art and likes to spend her time hiking and scavenging in the woods for items to create her artwork. At home, Carleen enjoys spending time with her pup Dottie and 4 cats Ella, Bosa, Ezran, and Schmee.

Laura

CVT
Laura comes from Monroe, WI and brings with her a background in veterinary internal medicine. She has been with Truesdell for over a year and enjoys using her previous experience and skills in a new way. Laura loves witnessing the human-animal bond evolve over time and being part of that. She has a soft spot for our geriatric pets! In her free time, Laura started to learn the ukulele and likes reading and writing poetry. She enjoys spending time with their partner, 2 cats Monty and Jenkins, and their pup Kearney.

Sammy

CVT
Sammy grew up in Rosedale, WI. She is attending Madison College and just became a Certified Veterinary Technician. She has two corgis and two cats but grew up around all kinds of animals including horses, cows, goats, and rabbits. Being around animals all her life kindled a love for all species. She enjoys traveling and road-tripping with her friends and family. Her favorite trip so far was to Hessen, Germany. Now she hopes to help people with their pets.

Brittani

Practice Manager

Brittani is a born and raised Wisconsin native. She has always had a natural draw towards helping others, especially our 4-legged family members. Brittani has volunteered at a non-profit cat shelter and has raised several litters of foster kittens.

Brittani obtained her Associates Degree in Veterinary Technology and practiced as a CVT in Sun Prairie. She then moved to Colorado and worked at an Internal Medicine clinic for 5 years with a focus on cardiovascular disease. During her time in Colorado, she gained skills working with Endoscopy, CT scans, Chemotherapy, Ultrasounds, and some experience in ICU care. She has a passion for our feline friends, client education, heart disease, and end of life care. She has also worked for an in-home euthanasia service and most recently in human medicine as a scheduling supervisor in Cardiovascular Medicine.

Brittani lives in a rural area just east of Madison with her husband, Mikey, two children, American Bulldog mix named Jasmine, two cats (P-nut and Spike), a monitor lizard, a crested gecko and beta fish. In her free time, Brittani loves tending to her vegetable garden and flowers, swimming, reading, drawing, and going on adventures with her family.

Christa

Veterinary Assistant
Christa grew up on a small farm outside of Madison where her family had horses and sled dogs. Since a small child, she knew her life’s calling was to help animals. She owns her own business as a certified canine and equine massage therapist and farrier. She is currently in her fourth semester of school to become a certified veterinary technician and is working on her stewardship with the United States Equestrian Federation. In her spare time, she competes locally with her two dogs, Ava and Axle, in FastCat events. She recently acquired a donkey, named Askhim, and a mini horse, Hannah, for rehabilitation and companionship for her two show horses, Tomos and Freya. She also has two cats, Rambo and Dave.

Ella

Veterinary Assistant
Ella has always had a special interest in the overall care and husbandry of Avian and Reptilian species. She started befriending birds when she was thirteen years old and never stopped! Ella grew up and still lives in the Madison area. Going along with her love of birds and reptiles, she currently has three birds Stinky & Vada (both Cockatiels), Amelia (Amazon Parrot), two African Fat Tail geckos Larry Lapil Lazuli & Wonton Soup, a Plains Hognose snake named Doyo and last, but not least, Icarus who is a South American Horned frog! In Ella’s downtime she likes to sing, go hiking and take care of her animals.

Savannah

Veterinary Assistant
Savannah grew up in Evansville, Wi and still resides nearby. She has a passion for veterinary medicine and wants to continue to grow her skills. As a veterinary assistant, Savannah has expanded her expertise into surgery and assists the technicians with surgical procedures and particularly enjoys soft tissue surgeries. She also enjoys phlebotomy and continues to elevate her skills and knowledge. A fun fact about Savannah is that she can play the violin! When she is not working, Savannah enjoys spending time with her friends and family.

Brittany Hendrickson

Veterinary Assistant

Brittany grew up in Monroe, WI, and still lives around the area. She is currently working towards becoming a licensed veterinary technician. She has always loved animals and has a passion for working with them. She especially enjoys working with exotics like rabbits and rodents. She is always eager to learn more about all species.

When not at work, Brittany enjoys spending time with her partner Tyler and their many pets; 3 rabbits named Hanji, Harleen, and Pidge; a guinea pig named Uma; a leopard gecko named Toothless; 3 cats named Catra, Adora, and Fufu; and her Australian shepherd mix, Rayla.

Brittany also enjoys reading and playing video games in her spare time.

Mary

Veterinary Assistant
Originally from Kenosha, WI, Mary has a strong passion for the pets and families she works with. You can always hear her commenting on how brave and adorable our patients are. Mary truly enjoys working with all the different pets we see each and every day and enhancing her technical skills (especially in phlebotomy). Mary is pursuing a degree in veterinary medicine and looks forward to growing in other technical areas such as surgery. In her free time, Mary enjoys horseback riding, spending time with her partner, friends and family, pet sitting, and going out for her favorite food, tacos!
