Guidelines for Your Pet’s Care
We’re happy you’re here! In order to not only help keep our hospital running as smooth as possible, but also to provide your pet with the best quality care that we can, we ask a few things from you before, during, and in-between visits. Read on to learn more about our hospital policies and information.
Financial Policy & Payment Information
Pet care doesn’t need to be unaffordable, that’s why we provide high-quality and comprehensive services at a reasonable cost. We offer several payment options for your convenience:
- Cash
- Debit Cards
- All Major Credit Cards – Pay By Credit Card here
- CareCredit®
- Scratch Pay
Please be aware, payment is due in full at the time services are rendered. This policy allows us to continue to provide the absolute best services for your pets. If you are curious how much your pet’s visit or procedure will cost, just give us a call and we will provide an estimate. Keep in mind, estimates are not guaranteed final costs.
Appointment Policy
In order to provide the leading care your furry friend deserves, our doctors aim to spend a generous amount of time with each patient. For this to happen, we request all clients please make appointments ahead of time.
We do our best to begin all scheduled appointments on time. In some instances, appointments may be slightly delayed due to unexpected emergency cases.
Patient Arrival Policy
When you come visit us, be sure to have your pet properly restrained in our lobby for the safety of other clients, pets, and staff. If we are seeing your dog, please bring them to our facility on a leash. If we are seeing your cat, please bring them to our facility on a leash or in a carrier.
Vet visits can be stressful for some pets. We hope to make all of our furry patients as comfortable as possible, so we ask for your patience and understanding in the waiting area.
Late Arrival Policy
We understand that life happens! To keep our appointments moving through the day, if arrival is over 10 minutes past the scheduled appointment time, we may have to reschedule your appointment. We will make every effort to see your pet the same day and may offer a drop off option but cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate this.
Payment Policy
All payments for services are due at the time services are rendered. We do request a deposit of $75 on all New Client appointments and $100 on all Surgery appointments which will be put towards your final invoice. If you are unable to pay for services, this may result in collections notices, pre-payment for future services, or discharge of the Veterinarian/Client relationship. Please discuss any concerns with our staff and we can provide estimates for all services.
Staff/Client Relationship Expectations
We pride ourselves in being dedicated to pets and people and having compassionate candor. This means that we will treat all of our clients with care, respect, and understanding. To ensure a respectful and open relationship, we ask that our clients treat our staff with the same care, respect, and understanding. We will not tolerate name calling, cursing, or degrading communication with our staff. This could result in immediate termination of services.
