I deeply appreciate the staff at Truesdell Animal Care! My dog has been a patient for several years now and he adores every member of staff. I have a lot of anxiety surrounding the care of my best buddy, but seeing the care and dedication of the clinic staff does a lot to alleviate it. My pup was in for a dental exam and cleaning yesterday, and it made my day to hear everyone gushing over him when they took him to the back. I also got reports that he was wagging his tail pretty much the whole time he was there, even coming out of anesthesia, which to me says a lot about how he felt during the day. I would absolutely recommend Truesdell to anyone looking for veterinary care on the East Side!
I’ve been taking my pets to Truesdell for well over 15 years now, and I won’t go anywhere else. They have very knowledgeable, empathetic and caring veterinarians, techs and staff. Anytime my elderly pup was sick, they were always able to get her comfortable and back to better health. I attribute her making it to 16 years old because of their care. My current pup has had everything done there - from spaying to teeth cleaning to cyst removal; she’s been very well taken care of through it all. I can’t recommend Truesdell enough… thanks for everything!
Truesdell always takes the best care of our pets! This week our cat wasn’t acting like himself, and they were so gentle, thorough, and reassuring. They walked us through multiple options and helped us choose what was best for him. While veterinary care can be expensive, we truly feel we’re paying for the high-quality, compassionate care our pets receive. We’re grateful to have a clinic we can trust during stressful moments.
Communication, compassion, and treatment were all top notch by all staff when we brought one of our dogs in because he was having seizures. We are new to the area and had not yet chosen a vet for our three dogs. We definitely have our vet now. To be able to leave a pet with a stranger and feel totally confident that they are in good hands is immeasurable. Thank you so much for taking care of Oskar in our time of need.
