I have been absolutely going through it with my animals lately and Truesdell has always gotten them in to be seen. Dr. Alex Hafey took the extra steps today for my dog Sprocket that I am so thankful for. She caught a mass that otherwise would not have been found. She gave me a hug after breaking the news and was extremely compassionate. I truly hope this industry does not ruin another amazing vet. A reminder to everyone, be kind to our vets and staff. It's heart breaking for them to be delivering bad news for our beloved pets. Thank you Dr. Hafey and the amazing tech and staff!
I deeply appreciate the staff at Truesdell Animal Care! My dog has been a patient for several years now and he adores every member of staff. I have a lot of anxiety surrounding the care of my best buddy, but seeing the care and dedication of the clinic staff does a lot to alleviate it. My pup was in for a dental exam and cleaning yesterday, and it made my day to hear everyone gushing over him when they took him to the back. I also got reports that he was wagging his tail pretty much the whole time he was there, even coming out of anesthesia, which to me says a lot about how he felt during the day. I would absolutely recommend Truesdell to anyone looking for veterinary care on the East Side!
I’ve been taking my pets to Truesdell for well over 15 years now, and I won’t go anywhere else. They have very knowledgeable, empathetic and caring veterinarians, techs and staff. Anytime my elderly pup was sick, they were always able to get her comfortable and back to better health. I attribute her making it to 16 years old because of their care. My current pup has had everything done there - from spaying to teeth cleaning to cyst removal; she’s been very well taken care of through it all. I can’t recommend Truesdell enough… thanks for everything!
This is the only place my partner and I will take our pets. Recently, I had to take our golden, Wei Wei (pictured), in for some eye itchiness. Dr. Hafey and the vet tech Mary were incredible with him! They got down on his level, gave lots of lovings/treats/praise, and were really clear about what they thought was going on, what the care plan would be, and how to go forward should his itchiness get worse. The client service representative, Brittany, was so sweet and fun to talk to! Vets can be so scary for animals, but the entire team at Truesdell makes the process much less overwhelming. You can tell everyone there truly loves animals and wants to do right by them.
